Do I need prior business or design experience? +
No. The challenge is designed for first-time founders. Milestone 1 teaches you the concepts you need. The GogoPogo platform handles all the technical complexity — printing, packing, shipping. You focus on the business decisions.
Can I participate solo? +
Yes. Teams can be 1 or 2 members. The participation fee is the same regardless of team size — ₹1,000 for UG and ₹1,500 for PG. Solo participants are eligible for all prizes.
What exactly is my participation fee paying for? +
Your fee is your capital investment — it is your "cost" in the breakeven equation. It covers your GogoPogo store setup, platform access for the 4-week challenge period, the structured learning curriculum, and fulfilment infrastructure. When your store sales recover this amount, you've hit breakeven.
What if I don't hit breakeven? +
You still get the learning experience, your live store, and all earnings your store generates — just not the breakeven certificate. The challenge is designed so that teams who complete all 5 milestones and execute their GTM plan have a strong chance of hitting breakeven within 4 weeks.
How are prizes decided? +
Winners are ranked on: speed to breakeven (days taken), performance multiplier (total profit ÷ participation fee), quality of business decisions across all 5 milestones, and overall store metrics (conversion rate, orders, margin). Detailed judging criteria are available on the Unstop listing.
What happens to my store after the challenge? +
Your store remains live on GogoPogo after the challenge ends. You can continue selling, earning, and growing it. It becomes a real project in your portfolio — with documented transaction history, business decisions, and performance data you can show to recruiters and interviewers.
Can I sell to customers outside India? +
UG teams have access to pan-India fulfilment by default. PG teams can enable cross-border selling to the Indian diaspora across 30+ countries. This is a significant advantage for PG teams with networks outside India.
What is the 1-pager review card? +
Every team that achieves breakeven receives a personalised 1-page document summarising all their business decisions — their segment profile, value proposition, pricing strategy, GTM plan, store performance metrics, and final breakeven achievement. It is designed to be attached to a resume or shared with a recruiter as proof of real business execution.
